Yes, we are offering same day report. However, it can take up to 24 hours, depending on the complexity of the property.

Even with new construction, mistakes can happen. An inspection can reveal issues such as incomplete or improperly installed systems, missing insulation, or structural problems that may not be immediately apparent. Purchasing a new property is a significant investment. Identifying and addressing potential issues early can save you from costly repairs down the line.

A sewer scope is not necessary if it does not have any problem. However, the sewer line is usually underground and not visible to our eyes, and that is not something that we can inspect on a daily basis compared to roof, foundation, etc … A sewer line can have a problem for many years before it can escalate into a massive issue that require extensive repair. That is why we always recommend it, even with newer buildings.

Absolutely, we love it when we can directly show the client what we inspect and answer any questions. However, client must not use the inspector’s tools, especially the ladder, for their own safety.
